Anishinaabe petroglyph - Dryberry Lake

These petroglyphs were painted on the rocks by the Anishinaabe people indigenous to this region of Northwestern Ontario. They may be 8 centuries old or more - no one really knows for sure.

Yes, believe it or not, that white speck is a Beluga whale. There were some restrictions about getting too close to them but they look absolutely spectacular in the dark blue waters of the river and fjord.
