Oodles of Noodles
These are rice noodle panckes drying in the sun. When dried they are 'shredded' into noodles. We were reassured that these are not the way noodles are manufactured for 'western' consumption. A different process was used with no risk of bird droppings!!

Ceiling inside Canterbury Cathedral
The detailed cornices and mosaics looked like shells! An inspiring place. Read the personal prayer notes if you get a chance - they'll humble you to no end.

Decorative Roof Tiles
Visting a roofing tile factory in Bali I took this shot of decorative 'end tiles' drying in the sun. My wife and I toured the factory before purchasing some finished tiles to bring home (in our hand luggage!!) to finish off our own home-built 'bale' in the backyard of our Melbourne home.
