This is Bagnet. Famous dish from the Ilocos Province. Pork meat with fat and skin is boiled to tenderize meat then deep fried to a golden crisp. What you get is a delicious pork belly with a crunchy skin.
1 1/2 hours bus ride from Manila to Batangas Port and another hour boat ride to this paradise.
