It is the first day of Eid al-Adha in Kabul, Afghanistan and traffic congested as families make their way home to slaughter their goat, sheep or even cow to commemorate the willingness of Abraham (Ibrahim) to sacrifice his son Ishmael (Isma'il) as an act of obedience to God, before God intervened to provide him with a sheep— to sacrifice instead. I seen this lady, sitting in one of street cafes of Utrecht. Her lovely face, like it was painted with watercolors, immediatelly caught my attention. She was not alone and first I passed, cause I didn't want to interrupt her. But I couldn't help, I just felt I wanna paint her or at least to make her photo. So I came back, appologised and asked for permission. She looked a little confused, but it seems she was flattered by attention and agreed. I took few shots and we had a nice talk with her and her mates.
