The stained glass wouldn't have been nearly so lovely without the sun behind it. The reflections on the sides and sills of the windows were spectacular.
This temple -Kyauk Galap - was one of my favourites. There isn't much to see inside, but the look of it outside is amazing. And the people here were so friendly.
I love reflections anyway, so our visit to the U Bein Bridge was perfect for me. I especially liked this image because, although the reflection has been a little distorted by the movement of our oar the fisherman - and his great top - is still reflected.
The sad thing about travelling to beautiful places, especially ones that are great at sunrise or sunset, is that you have to share the experience with so many others. At least here, the boats all positioned in a way that everyone got a great, unimpeded view.
The old teak U Bein Bridge near Mandalay is a favourite sunset spot for visitors. Can't think why!
The old teak of the U Bein Bridge in Myanmar is an impressive sight, if a little creaky when walking over it. I loved the reflections on the water, so as we passed under in the boat, I got a shot along it.
THE PHOTO DEPICTS THE EVERYDAY STORY OF FISHERMEN IN ORISSA. THEY USUALLY VENTURE IN THE SEA DURING NIGHT AND COME BACK AT EARLY MORNING WITH COLLECTIONS OF SEA FISHES WHICH ARE SOLD TO THE LOCAL PEOPLE AS WELL AS THE TOURISTS IN THE SEA BEACH INSTANTLY.
