A shot of Makaibari village, looking north. The white bulding centre shot is the accommodation block of the tea factory; the gray buildings just left of it are the factory itself. If you follow the road up the hill, you come to a grey shed. Behind the grey shed is a red brick building with letterbox-shaped windows cut into the roof - this building is the community library i've been working on. On the ridge in the background you can see some buildings: these are in Kurseong town, most of which is spread on the other side of the ridge.
