This statue known as Guerrier Gaulois, or Gallic Warrior in English, can be found on the Pont d'Iena bridge and was created by the sculptor Auguste Preault back in 1849.
In this photo you can see a close up shot of one of the four equestrians statues which are found on the Pont d'Iena bridge, this particular one showing a Roman warrior with his horse, created by the sculptor Louis Joseph Daumas.
A performance was held here, where performers played drums and people dressed as warriors did a march.
