This a Dominican Beach we visited on the Northern Coast. Only Dominicans visit this beach, however it is in great danger of being exploited by the tourism industries.

ILAC, like many building in the DR, is constructed in such a way that it is an "inside/outside" building. There are no actual windows. I can easily reach out and touch the trees and if it happens to be raining I can catch the raindrops in my hands.
