Our room = living in a cave!
Properly named as the Love Valley, also known as the Dick Valley to the locals
A totally surreal landscape, as if we've travelled to another planet!

at Safranbolu Friday Market
A city with annoying carpet sellers. DO NOT TALK TO THEM
at a restaurant in Lesvos
I found Troy a bit dissapointing, becuz it was just a bunch of rocks and it was hard to visualize civilization there. At least there was a beautiful sunflower field nearby.
We arrived at 6 am in the morning, and a nice man offered to take us to our hostel. So we thought! He ended up giving us a tour of Safranbolu, ending up with a hike up the mountains to this amazing cave with stalagmites and its opposite (stag=smth). We were tired and desperately lacked sleep, but we couldnt thank him enough for bringing us there
After visiting Epidaurus and The Santuary of Asklepios, we took a bus to Nafplio, a small town that was the first capital city of Greece. It was worth climbing 888 steps walking up the fortress for this gorgeous view of the whole city
The Acropolis was closed the day we went, so we ended up climbing up this little hill which has an amazing view of the Parthenon. This was the hill Socrates was tried.
Where our favourite Greek friend Jesper worked
It was stunning. After dinner we looked towards the hill and there it was, shining as if emitting fire or power from within
there's a whole story to why the protest displays moved to this museum. The British government passed a law stating there could be no protest on parliament square and now the exhibition is at the tate museum. protestors, i totally agree with wat you're protesting against. but are you spelling his name wrong on purpose?
any photo, especially this photo, doesn't give justice to the grandeur and scope of Westminister Abbey. you hafta be there to appreciate its beauty! due to awful planning on my part it already closed when i got there... shit dammit!!
being a big harry potter fan in the land of harry potter, of course i had to go. i tried leaning on every wall possible, didnt materialize somewhere else...
Harrod's has the greatest food section ever - they sell every type of cuisine, cheeses, they have over 20 types of pate and ooooh so much more.
