A diehard fan of the controversial English soccer squad has a funny football haircut during the World Cup events in Frankfurt, Germany June 20, 2006. Hooligans were difficult to rein in but Germans proved a professional host to the Games. Germans were not only hospitable but also perfect World Cup administrators.
