According to the Kinnie website, Kinnie owes its bittersweet taste to the blend Maltese Mediterranean chinotto bitter oranges, combined with an infusion from a dozen different aromatic herbs and spices such as anise, ginseng, vanilla, rhubarb and liquorice.
