Sichuan BBQ carp by hammr

For supper on Wed. Aug 8, Nicole and I ate carp that had been BBQ'd and then smothered in vegetables and spicy Sichuan oil. It was very spicy but it tasted very good. The fish was ' gutted ', split open and BBQ'd. I had to pick out the bones and I missed one of them.
