Dictator demanded that thousands of bunkers built all over Albania to protect eeveryone from foreign invaders. Approximately 1 for every 3 Albanians. The cost of this helped to bankrupt the nation. This one has become public art. Most are still the drab gray. Many were sold for scrap to finance other needs after the people's revolution.
