I'm a british born chinese and have lived in England all my life. My parents however led very different lives. When my dad was 21 he got a scholarship to study in England. Before he lived in a small rural village in China, life there was very different. Last year he took me back to this village, it amazed me how the people there didn't have any luxuries but they got everything they could out of life.
