We stayed in Pahelgam in Jammu and Kashmir for 3 days. Aru is situated at 7,200 ft above sea level. We drove to Aru from Pahegam, a small yet self-sufficient scenic village located 15 km from Pahalgam. The village of Aru is situated among the grasslands and could be reached by car or by walking along the scenic mountain path ..
