It's a special place, indeed. And it's in Spain! I noticed (too late) that I labelled it Italy, since that's where we are now. I'm just glad your comment wasn't made to point that out. Thanks for sharing your memories of Montserrat.

I visited Monserrat last year. Isn't it like a fantasy land with the rocky outcrops. There was a Romanaian ? choir singing in the Cathedral at the time too and gave it even more of a magical feel.
