The dining experience here begins with the discovery of treasures from the farm, continues with processing carried out directly by the producer, and culminates with a mouth-watering table d'hôte menu featuring regional fare in one of our charming restaurants. The Chef Dominique Truchon from the Auberge des Peupliers in La Malbaie is one of the founders of this program.
