This photo is of the commonly referred to 'James Bond Island' in Phang Nga Bay. You easily pick up trips around the bay from Phang Nga bus terminal or alternatively from Phuket although these sort of trips cost a bit more as they are aimed at tourists and it's easy enough to make your own way to Phang Nga on local buses.
