Nek Chand's Handiwork,Chandigarh

Once a worker in the transport department Nek Chand is a well-known figure. Artifacts so imaginatively created by him over time by using all scrap and waste, thrown away articles etc that the authorities built a huge Rock Garden around it (Pictures). People from around the world come to visit this garden when they are in town.
