The Chuya Steppe has a great amount of archaeological monuments. In total about 20 parking of a paleolith were found here, and a lot of monuments of bronze and iron ages, such as - Paleolithic sites, barrows, stone sculptures, rock paintings, potter's and iron-smelting furnaces and others. Basically, these sights are concentrated in the river valleys of Justyd and the Bar-Burgazy, the biggest petrographic complex was stretched on 18 km in a Elangash river valley – scientists have copied more than 30 000 drawings of every possible animals, anthropomorphous figures, episodes from a life and so on. <a href="http://www.altaidt.com/guidebook/place/13-chujsky-steppe" rel="nofollow">www.altaidt.com/guidebook/place/13-chujsky-steppe</a>
