Cosmopolitan is a 61 story, 2,600 condo-hotel project between CityCenter & Bellagio. Started by Bruce Eichner, it is now owned by Deutsche Bank. Lawsuits and ownership changes have delayed the opening of Cosmopolitan. It is now scheduled to open late 2010.
