In Brazil it is very normal that in a restaurant there is a buffet and you take what you want. When you have everything you go to the scale and you pay by the grams or kilograms you eat. Perfect system, they should introduce this in restaurants everywhere. So you only pay what you eat and not what the cook thinks you should or could eat
