Akha hill tribe village

This was the village we trekked to in Luang Namtha. It is home to 120 people, 60% of whom are children. They are pretty much self-sufficient and live on rice and vegetables that they grow, seeds and fruits from the trees, and small game they catch in the jungle. They have a generator and a loud speaker system in the village.
