Frost at Flakewood

You know, I hate to be a bore, but almost every single photo on flickr is published under a creative commons license like this one: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/2.0/ - which explicitly requires you to give attribution if you use it. That means that if you upload the photo to another website (like here), you have to specify the (nick)name of the person who took it and/or the URL where you found the photo originally. (And that's assuming this wasn't an "all rights reserved" photo, which would mean the original photographer doesn't want you to take their photo and redistribute it.)

Of course it's possible the photographer didn't specify a "by attribution" clause, and/or even explicitly put it in the public domain, in which case I apologize - I just find this very unlikely.
