• About Cholpon:

  I grew up in Kyrgyzstan, speaking the native language and Russian.
  Moved to the United States at 7 years old.
  I've been travelling my whole life, and hope to continue to do so- spent a year as an exchange student in Lille, France 2009-2010.

• Favourite places:

  Kyrgyzstan- a gem. A country that few people hear about...it's rare, untamed, and has a wonderful culture.
  Very friendly people--and the place is absolutely gorgeous.

  St. Petersburg-- A mix of European and Russian architecture, wonderful ballets, amazing museums & history, people that are more friendly than those of Moscow.

  Paris- enough said.

  Venice- very romantic city. great place to get lost and eat some good food.
