  This life I have lived has been a wonderful experience, especially, the moments I have spent surfing in good waves with my friends.

  I love life in all its incarnations! I get stressed at times though I do my best to be conscious of it. I make mistakes daily. Thankfully never catastrophic ones. I try to take life as it comes. I try to see the beauty and wisdom of life in the moment. If I start feeling overwhelmed, I try to remain calm, aware and breath.

  Surfing has taught me this! I can teach you how to surf.

  Surfing, telling stories, Snowboarding, bikini inspection, Mountain Biking, Boxing, Jujitsu, Hiking, Sailing and Traveling.
