Wear to travel for 3 weeks on a budget?

Hi my name is mike 22 from uk, me and a friend are looking at travelling around for 3 weeks was wondering if anyone could suggest anywhere?
the budget is £2500 each its a decent amount of money but where would be the best place to spend it?

Bit about me I have been oz before for 3 months and loved every second of it like my photography, sports and partying.
Hopefully someone can give us some guidance

I can suggest St. Petersburg, Russia. With nowadays currency exchange rate, in Russian rubles it's a big amount of money, so you can spend a nice 3 weeks vacation there.
