Good Evening All,

So i've got just over 2 weeks off over the course of July and I'm looking to get the most out of it by flying into Podgorica and out of Ljubljana. Thinking of taking in the following places along the way, any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Podgorica (1 Night)
Kotor (1 Night)
Dubrovnik (2 Nights)
Mostar (1 Night)
Sarajevo (2 Nights)
Hvar (2 Nights)
Split (3 Nights)
Plitvice Lakes (Day Trip En Route Zagreb)
Zagreb (1 Night)
Ljubljana (Connecting Bus to Bled)
Lake Bled (2/3 Nights)
Ljubljana (1 Night)

I've purchased tickets to Ultra Music Festival in Split for 15-17 July, the rest of the trip is fairly flexible if anyone has ideas :)

You might want to concentrate your travel along the Dalmatian coast; and perhaps Slovenia, given your time constraints. Save Montenegro; and Bosnia and Herzegovina for another time. This would free up at least five nights so you wouldn't have to hurry along. It would be a shame to only include Plitvice Lakes National Park as a way station on your way to Zagreb. Plus, Zagreb and Ljubljana are deserving of more than a single night. It's pleasant to wander around both cities as well as others on your itinerary. If you're using public transportation, you'll have to take into account bus, train and boat schedules. This can affect how much time you'll have left to spend in each place. I've been to all of the countries on your itinerary.

Plitvice Lakes are amazing! However doing them in a day is doable but it does depend what time you arrive and leave the park? There is a vast amount of walking so be prepared if you are already knackered after coming up from Split!
