Am thinking of going croatia but was gonna go in august.what countries do you want to visit most?

Paris - Rome - Zagreb - Budapest - Vienna - Prague - Berlin - Amsterdam
Have you seen split, plitvice national park? Am thinking a few days in dubrovnik then to split and a few days on the islands in croatia looks really nice
That initiary in 3 weeks is crazy.
Paris - 5 days
Rome - 5 days
Budapest - 4 days
Vienna- 4 days
Prague - 4 days
Berlin - 6 days
Amsterdam - 4 days
Zagreb no clue, but all those cities above are 32 days in total already. Additionally it is just a string of big cities capital cities. After the third you won't be able to remember whether that funny statue was in Berlin or Budapest or the church with the beautiful windows in Paris or Vienna.
I would slow down a bit and see places in between.
If you go Prague-Berlin stop in Dresden and the Spreewald area. If you are in Italy already to see Rome, take your time to see Florence and Venice and the Tuscan countryside.
Seeing smaller places and nature gives you a better grasp on the country you are visiting and it helps you to mentally seperate the big cities in your memories.
You have three weeks, in this timeframe I would try to cover 2-3 countries at the most.
