Travel Forums System Talk Stats - Build-in vs Google Analytics. Different results

Hi fellow travelers. I have just started my blog, I have made 3 entries and linked it to Google Analytics. Now looking at the stats Travellers point shows that each of my pages has been visited about 50 times with about 100 visits and 150 page views in total. Google analytics shows only 8 sessions with 18 page views.
Does anyone has any knowledge on how Build in stats compare to Google? Does this means there is some sort of a error or there is some traffic that Google Analytics doesn't pic up?
Thank you in advance for everyone's input.

The truth will be somewhere in the middle, and it's hard to know where exactly. Even if you did know exactly where it was, it's still uncertain what you'd do with the information.

Travellerspoint counts every single visit to the page. Quite a lot of those visits won't be by people, but by bots and crawlers (like google's SearchBot, which indexes your blog for inclusion in the search index).
Google counts only those visits of humans on browsers with JavaScript enabled, who aren't running any privacy-enhancing extensions designed to specifically block Google's (downright evil) tracking (this might be combined with adblocking features, too).

I'd personally estimate that the real number of humans who saw your page is about 10-25% above Google's number.

Thanks a lot! now that makes perfect sence. I thought 50 visits in a first day was a bit too optimistic.
