Hi, I have been dealing on line with a few tour operators in India, all of which sound good ot me, but as this is my first trip to India, I am a wee bit nervous about making a booking with a company which I have never dealt with before. Has anyone out there any experience, good or bad with a company named -snip- Any info would be a great help.
Regards Shooter

You can see reviews of the firm on TripAdvisor. Pay attention to who's reviewing. I put more stock on those who have posted many other reviews. I also check to see if those reviewers have been to some of the places I've been. If they have, and I agree with their observations, then chances are it'll be OK.

I don't know the firm you mentioned. It does have a Facebook page.

I've already sent you a private message detailing the firms that I've used. You probably should get quotes from various providers for an itinerary that you're interested in.

P.S. Call the companies and chat with them. I've done so with some of the providers I've used. The calls either are free -- using WhatsApp, Viber, Skype, etc. -- or a penny a minute with my Google phone or Google Voice.
