VT Newbie here....
I just ran through all of the photos I uploaded to T.P. and marked 150 or so I wanted to get rid of (checked the boxes beside them. ) But when I hit the master delete key, it took me to sign-in box, even though I was already signed in. OK, so I signed in again and poof...off to the main page and I lost it all. It has happened to me twice.
I'm probably screwing this up myself but I'm not sure how. Any suggestions? Thanks a bunch in advance!
It probably thinks your photos are too good to be deleted . . A computer with a sense of style.
LOL. Nope, T.P. won't miss them at all (and neither will I. ) Trust me on this one!
You got notified of my post? That was fast .. mine take up to 3 hours to get to me.
Probably 'cause I'm new, completely lost, and apt to make an unholy mess of this esteemed website if left unattended too long.
I can make a really big mess in a fat hurry.
While you are waiting for someone to deal with your problem .. can you delete individial photos or is it just the bulk process that does not work for you?
Good question; haven't tried that. I have a ridiculous amount of photos so bringing up the whole mess means staring at the Spinning Wheel Of Death for awhile and then wearing Scroll Finger bloody.
Will try that when I'm up to attempt #3.
Maybe tag them so you can identify them later & only bring up those ones?
Kate, I also deleted several "photos", simply because I wasn't aware that also photos/screenshots we had added to VT forum posts or messages, were also in our VT library.
But I did that step by step. It took me 1 hour or so.
Yep, Ingrid, some of what I want to delete are VT screen shots.
"Tag them". How does a fella do that?
