Ok, we're already two months in, but for some reason we haven't had this thread yet, so I figure it's time to start it.

What amazing travel plans do you have for the rest of the year?

As for me, the only thing I have planned is a possible trip up to Darwin by road which would take me through some parts of Australia I've never been to. I do love a good road trip!

We're almost full up this year. As a teacher, I can only travel in school holidays but the missus has booked Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE and Oman for Easter, the Maldives in July and then we've just bought tickets to London to visit my mother in Cleethorpes for December/January. A day or two there (well, probably a week if we must) and then we're travelling through Europe down to Rome (Amsterdam, Brussels, Luxembourg, Paris, Geneva, Vaduz, Innsbruck, Venice, Florence & San Marino) before a few days in the sun in Thailand. A couple of those are ticks but the rest are going to be hard-out sightseeing/walking. :)

Next month I'm returning to Riga, leading a group of 8 for a city break. A chance to practice my increasingly rusty Russian.

In April I'm organising another small group holiday, to Scotland, a week seeing the West Highlands for mostly first-timers to Scotland. I'm planning a mix of walking and daytrips onto 4 islands, one of which will be new to me. All very weather-permitting.

In September my girlfriend and I are off to the Canadian Rockies. That leaves us with about a week of her holiday time spare to fill, once inspiration strikes.

The only big plan we have right now is to head back to Australia / New Zealand by the end of the year (could be as early as October, could be as late as February; depends a bit on if we let the seasons dictate the specific destinations to visit, or if we first pick the destinations, and then head out late (or early) to make it work).

There'll probably be smaller trips throughout Europe before then, but the only thing I can say for certain about those is that we probably won't leave on any in the coming week. No guarantees about the week after, though. :P

We are going to NY in April/May on a holiday I won on an Australian Photography website with my travel picture of Pyramid Lake in the Rockies. It's the first picture in my blog here - http://aussirose2015.travellerspoint.com/13/

Then we are doing a side trip to Tampa Florida to visit friends and then Jamaica.

End of March I'm off to New Zealand (North Island) for 3 weeks, stopping in Thailand (Phuket), for 5 days on the way in, the having 13 days Vietnam (North/Central) on the way back. Nothing else booked although, at least, 3 or 4 Euro city breaks are bound to happen before the end of the year.

Hubby and I love road trips too. We have organised quite a few for our big downunder VT meets over the years so hopefully continue that here. Big downunder TP meets :)
Thinking of a 2 week slow roady from Launceston to Hobart entitled Tasting Tassie. Maybe next year.

I've recently returned from Guatemala, Belize and Mexico which was fantastic. I've got city breaks in Luxembourg, Alicante and Vilnius over the next few weeks and months, Russia for a week in May and then Iran in October.
