Quoting Beausoleil

Hi Peter. Thank you. I think most of us from Virtual Tourist would view each trip as a separate blog too. It's just easier, especially when trips run into months and start to cover a period of 20+ years. I have tried to consolidate trips, especially to Paris by adding Tips at the end.

I appreciate your thoughtfulness. :)

I'm still trying to work that one out. I think when the old VT content comes through I will want a separate entry for each, but I imagine that will look a bit different from a blog. Meanwhile I'm sticking to a single blog for my current (post VT) travels, to see how that works out for me. It seemed an odd idea at first, but now I kind of like it. It's more a diary for myself and a general sharing of experiences rather than detailed reviews, so it matters less if one country flows into another, and it is good to be able to take my small number of subscribers with me when I move on to a new place ;)

Quoting Peter

It's not possible. But one of these days I'll need to make some map improvements and that can definitely be on the list :)

Hi Peter,
As one of your improvements, can you please bring back the ability to move the lines on the map. Currently the map creates a line that is randomly put on the map and sometimes it looks very messy. This is especially true for flights. I realise roads etc follow fixed lines but the flight paths should be able to be moved to make things neater on the screen.

Also, some of the transport options are weird. As far as I know, there are no ferries from either of the two Bangkok airports to the city, yet that is the option I am presented with, for example: "Fly Hong Kong to Bangkok, ferry".
