Try the link on the left of this page. Then: The Backpackers Insurance link, it says it's good for up to 18 mouths.

You could also try this link Craig:

World Nomads has a great policy and you can make your claims online.

Finding an insurance policy to suit your needs is really difficult. I can't even tell you how many policies I've read over in the last 2 months. There isn't one that exactly fits my needs as my partner and I are taking a lot of electrical items: laptop, digital camera, video camera, ipod, pda etc

I have 3 weeks to go before I leave for my RTW and still haven't decided on one!

Good luck Craig!

So far I've found that insure and go are quite good but I've got the same problem as soapsuds - my partner wants to take all kinds of gadgets with him which aren't covered in most policies. Soapsuds when you decide can you let me know which one you foundw was best??!!

the premier one from STA covers quite a lot and also covers US - Its not too much less than £400 - is that a lot? i havent really looked into this too much yet

I would also say Insure&Go is the best value - it's about £100 less than the STA one if you need cover in the States and I've gone through both policies and can't really see any major differences between them.

Bye for now
