in two bags one on rear seat and one on left side of bike (carrying 2 ltrs two bottle for fuel) .
Carrying 2 jeans and one cargo pant
1 jacket
3-4 tshirts
2 warm shirts
two inner and one nicker.

two pair of shoes and one pair slipper.

other handy items torch , power bank , puncture kit , air pump , first aid kit , swiss knife etc

Wow sounds so much exciting. This year it will not going to be possible but next year i will definitely do something like this.

It's quite easy to get some metal panniers and their mountings made at any workshop in India, especially if you're riding an RE bullet.
The problem is making sure they're built strong without weighing a ton.

i am using elastic ropes and saddle bags as i am having sports bike

A friend rode in that area quite a lot 10 years ago.
Although some of the roads are probably better now, they'll be a challenge on a sports bike.

IMO although We may have different ideas of what a 'sports bike' is, but if it's the same then you'd be wise to reconsider.

One of my friends did such a trip with the Enfield motorcycle group, ..... I believe they do regular trips like these in large groups. one can join in and share expenses even if you do not own a bike, I believe they partner you with someone in the group who is riding the bike alone... not sure about the details though as this guy I knew did not own a bike .....
