Start with filling your profile, add some pictures tell about yourself, where you been where you like to go, what you like in general, what you plan to do in Bangkok ... etc. etc. etc.

You could say what you plan to do in Bangkok, are you going to tour temples, do extravagant dinner cruises on the river or live on a tight budget, are you going for the bars and nightlife? You could tell a potential travel partner about yourself like have you travelled a lot and what things you have enjoyed, are you married or have kids, are you single, do you travel to take photos or to find adrenalin adventures. What languages do you speak and how well?

And when you say a "partner", does this mean just a friend (male or female?), or may you be looking for a romantic partner?

In short, tell them what to expect.

In addition to what Andy just said, your age might also be of interest.

Since your time is short flying to and from Phuket is my recommendation. A bus ride to Phuket takes too long just one way.

Is the 70,000 baht after paying for your plane tickets to Bangkok and return home?

In a cheap beer bar once you start mentioning you have 7000-8000 baht a day for spending money you will probably find volunteers to accompany you. Of course you pay for everything! (Use security boxes or safes at your hotel to safeguard your cash!)

You have what seems to be a popular itinerary for males from India. Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket! If you decide to schedule an additional side trip to another city remember to check how far the place is first. If a distant location flying may be the best choice.

You will benefit from doing a Google search for nightlife in each city you intend to visit. Choose a hotel too far away from where you intend to roam you waste time playing with taxis. (Bangkok - for you - look into the Nana - Asoke area for general nightlife of beer bars, pubs and go-go bars along with hotels and restaurants. Ratchada area Bangkok has expensive nightclubs; look it up and see if this will do or not.)

For Phuket look up Patong. For Pattaya choose hotels near Pattaya Beach Road or Pattaya Sai Song so you can walk to things. (Pattaya and even Bangkok can be cheaper than Phuket and without figuring in plane rides too!)

I agree with Karazyal that flying to Phuket is a much wiser idea.
The coach or coach/train journey is over 12 hours which consumes too much of your short holiday.

Bangkok deserves more than 2 days.
There's lots to see and do there, and modern Pattaya can keep you busy for more than 2 days easily (when I first went there 30 years ago it was a tiny place but now it's a big city with tourist attractions to see, although I still wouldn't recommend taking children on holiday there).
The coach from Bangkok to Pattaya is only about 2 hours, so easily done in a morning.
Personally I'd suggest you leave the much more expensive city of Phuket for your next holiday in Thailand.
