Hi,

Miami Beach is my favourite destination in Florida.

Thanks.

So good to see people having favorite destinations same as mine. That beach is just so freaking good but unfortunately, there have been reports about shark attacks in it which may lessen the tourist visits.

Ya, the heat is an issue for people from the US and Europe in Dubai. Miami has some great beaches, but Dubai has overall much more to offer than just the beach.

Sanibel Island and Miami Beach are my best travel destinations.

I lived in Florida for several years and have visited it often because we have grandchildren there. I'm going again tomorrow for the wedding of one of the grandchildren. It is hard for me to pick a best place. It depends on what you want to do.

Personally I do not like the Orlando area because there is too much congestion and I'm not that big a fan of theme parks. If you have young children, you probably feel differently.

In the summer, I like the Florida Keys, and the east coast from Fernandina Beach down to Cape Canaveral (skipping Jacksonville if possible) I think the Gulf is too hot in the summer.

In the winter, the Everglades, and the Gulf coast all the way up to Pensacola although I'm not so much a fan of the Tampa area because as I said I don't like big cities.
