I’m thinking of doing Tomorrowland 2019 as a solo traveler and have a few questions to ask:
I will be travelling from the U.K. looking at the big green coach travel and ticket package £600. As a solo traveler I feel this is the best option for me as it will take me right to the festival gates from the U.K.
1. The coach leaves from Manchester then onto travel by ferry do I have to book a place on the ferry also?
2. I could take a pop up 2 man tent for me and my belongings I have a very large rucksack that I used for creamfields I did fit quite abit in 24 cans clothes, shoes and food. If not is there a place at TML I could purchase a tent? Ido not want prepitched as it is expensive for what you get I’m on a budget
3. Do I need to exchange money or do the accept GBP
4. Can you take alcohol into Tomorrowland
5. A’s I’m from the U.K. I want a jazzy Sunday outfit is it acceptable to go all out covered in the Union Jack hat shirt and trousers
6. I only speak English will I find this hard being also a solo traveler
7. Roughly what dates are the tickets released
8. Which weekend is better to book
9. when is the line up released
10. For someone that does drink how much spending money recommended for drinks and food, lanyards maybe a soviener or two
Please if anybody had travelled from the U.K. or will be travelling solo this is my first time solo and only second festival I feel I’m determined to do this and have the experience everybody talks about give me a reply

If you look at the Big Green travel package on its website you'll see that 2018 tickets included ferry as well as coach. I very much doubt that 2019 will be any different.
> 3. Do I need to exchange money or do the accept GBP
GBP is only legal currency in the UK. Other countries use their own legal currencies. Even if GBP were to be accepted (highly unlikely imo) you can be certain you'd get a very poor exchange rate, not least because the seller has to cover his/her own exchange costs. Get the relevant legal currency (euro for Belgium) before you go.
> 4. Can you take alcohol into Tomorrowland
This page tells you what you can and cannot do, including rules about alcohol:

> 6. I only speak English will I find this hard being also a solo traveler
I think that's very unlikely indeed. Many people in most countries speak at least some English and, in especially in EU countries, many younger people are fluent English-speakers. Having said that, it does show respect and courtesy if you make the effort to learn and use at least a little of the relevant language: please, thank you, sorry, how much etc.

Hey All,
I've booked tomorrowland this year and going solo from the UK, not been before so would be cool to chat with someone that has or to find a buddy to meet up with.
I'm going on the first weekend and have the full madness pass.
P.s Beausoleil that link doesnt link anywhere.

I just clicked it and it took me right to the thread. Leics2 has given you the link so try that. Also, sometimes the links don't work as well on a mobile as they do on a computer so if you tried it on your phone, try it on your computer and you may have better luck.
Hope you can connect.
