If these are the places you want to see, I think you've timed out your days exactly right. Prague has many places of interest, for instance, Bratislava, fewer. I think that's a great trip within your time constraints.

I find Prague to be more interesting than Budapest (which I also like fine) but tastes will vary. It's a great trip. Have fun.

That's a quite a lot time & I donot see any time constraints here. Even I am visiting all these places during the same time but have kept fewer days in the cities & more for day trips.

If you have decided on places (As you already have booked your tickets) I would say it's kinda good. Since Vienna is big & just right at the center, lots of day trip options, you could have considered vienna to be your main stay instead of Budapest.

Hotels and restaurants in Vienna are about 3x the price of Budapest.

That's really a great planning KingBoo.Winter months are the favorite days for exploring the Budapest with some intriguing city.
