Hi,

When I change a typo in an old blog it seems that this moves it to the top of the list in the table of contents. I don't like that. Right now I fix it by editing/saving all later blogs in the correct order to move them back to top, but I feel there should be a smarter way to accomplish this?

Yes, that should definitely not be necessary.

The Posting time of the entry shouldn't change when you are editing them. When you edit your entry, can you have a close look at the Posting time and see what happens there? I just tested editing some of my entries and it did what I expected and kept it the same.

That is strange. I often update prices in my blogs and it's never changed the order. If it's an imported blog, something may change the dates or there may be something in your settings that makes it move. You should check both dates and settings. Let us know if that helps.

Ok, so I took my second to last posting. It is also on this spot in toc. In view mode (your blog>click on a post>select view) on top of the post it says 16.11.2018 - 16.11.2018.

On the bottom below the blog is an entry time, no date, of 00:23 I believe. I cannot (or know not how) to edit either date/time.

I go back one page and now choose edit. I change nothing just press publish. Then I reenter view mode with view post. The date on the top is the same, the time on the bottom changed. Server time I guess, because it is not local time.

I use the link at the bottom to go to the toc. Now my post is on top with a date of 18.11.2018, which is yesterday for me, but maybe servertime again.

I am using an android phone and the blog is in the mobile site (m.) Just giving out as much info as I can relevant or not.

That helps! It’s a bug in the mobile site. I’ll have a look a little later to fix it. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Probably been there for a loooong time 😬

Super. Glad you have more information. Now Peter can fix it. I never use the mobile site to enter things on my blog so haven't run into that. A little information goes a long way. :)

This problem should now be fixed. Let me know if the dates / ordering all looks good when editing in the mobile interface.
