Hi
I'm going to go to Thailand for another month from Iran and I have some questions about that and thank you if helping me:

1. If I want to buy a MacBook Pro or iPad from Phuket and Pattaya, Are these two cities have a place for selling this products?

2. If I use a travel tour from, then should I go to Pattaya with Airplane and then go to Phuket on the ground, Is it a good way for travel?

3. I have checked if I make my ticket to the + hotel + visa cheaper here, it's more expensive, what do you think, is it better to go with a tour?

4. Do you propose to book Pattaya and Phuket and myself in the hotel room? (I think it's more affordable)

1) Yes every big city in Thailand has computer shops,
Most of them have large 'Tech' shopping malls / complexes.
But you must understand what you are buying (it's a long way to travel to return an Ipad which doesn't have the capability that you thought it had) and that the warranty is likely to be for Thailand only.

2) Pattaya to Phuket is much easier to fly (the road/train journey is very long).
Most international flights go into Bangkok, then coach to Pattaya and either coach back to Bangkok and fly to Phuket from Bangkok OR fly from Pattaya to Phuket.

3) Sorry, I don't understand the question.

4) It's your choice.

Apple as above
There is only 1 direct busline, Sawasdee all Thai, taking about 12 hours, 800 Baht (or 1050 for a more comfortable bus). More buses If you change in Bangkok.
From U-Tapao airport are 3 planes per day only AirAsia ist cheap, you can get there by regular buses and minibuses (anyone going south from Sukhumvit/South Pattaya road, not bookable) for about 100 Baht but you have to walk the last Kilometer or take a expensive door to door service.
From Souvarnabhumi airport only expensive planes but direct bus from Pattaya Jomtien 120 Baht.
From Don Mueang airport probably the cheapest planes, several lowcost airlines but more complicated to get there, either the bus to Souvarnabhumi and a bus from there, or a minibus from South Pattaya road to Mo Chit then City bus.
There is also a (expensive) boat from Pattaya to Hua Hin, then bus.
Package tours, plane+hotel+transfer can be very cheap but might not go on the dates or to the places you want.

From Iran first land at Bangkok. Arrive at and depart for home from Bangkok. Do immigration there. More options for shopping in Bangkok too. But first know how much a MacBook Pro or iPad costs in your country. Don't fly all the way to Thailand just for Pattaya or Phuket.

From Bangkok there are cheap buses to Pattaya from Bangkok. There are some bus options form Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and from the city area. About 2 hours from Ekamai bus terminal downtown Bangkok. Taxis available 24 hours from both of Bangkok's airports.

For accommodation and local transportation Bangkok is cheaper than Phuket. Pattaya is cheaper than Bangkok. To get to Phuket a bus will take around 12 hours just one way. Or pay for a plane ride. But you should allow for transportation time to the airport and be there about 2 hours ahead of time.

There are more passengers using U-Tapao airport nowadays but that airport is not that close to Pattaya. Figure on an hour ride to Pattaya. And the ride could cost more than a 2 hour bus ride from Bangkok to Pattaya. For flying to Phuket there are more options from Bangkok airports.

If you find a new Mac computer really cheap it might not be what you think you are getting. Like previous post mention you might have a problem with warranty or if the device is genuine. Buy at home and if the device is not what you expect you can complain in person!

Not sure when you are arriving. If arriving in another month it will still be high season for hotel prices. Not as bad as closer to Christmas - New Years holidays but still a little higher than from February on.

I think you should book round trip to Bangkok. Then book your own hotels. Do not skip Bangkok!

How long in Thailand in total? (Although Pattaya has a beach it is not that good for swimming, just too nasty. But hotels and local transportation is decently priced. Phuket has nicer beaches if you really intend to swim but local transportation is more expensive than Bangkok and Pattaya. Plus you have to take a long bus ride or fly there.)

Find the cities you are interested on this map, do some research on your own.

Up to you!

The taxis in Phuket are all rather expensive (compared to elsewhere in Thailand), so this is a much cheaper alternative for the airport commute ; https://phuketsmartbus.com/
