Clarification:

  • Depending on the arrest/crime/conviction, and when it happened, the person may be 'deemed rehabilitated' by the border officer/ETA admin and entry allowed or the ETA issued or it may be necessary to apply for individual rehabilitation in order to gain either.*

I talked to a Canadian immigration lawyer awhile back and he told me I'm fine since I was wasn't convicted.

I'd hope an immigration lawyer would know if there were likely to be an issue with entry to Canada though I note that the ETA question asks about arrests, not just charges and/or convictions.

There's certainly nothing to worry about with regard to the other countries.
