I am planning on taking my kids on holiday but wanted to know first which destinations are best to go or are becoming popular

Sorry but this is far too random and impossible to answer. Where in the world are you starting from? What is your budget? What climatic conditions are appealing to you? What is your budget? What are the family's interests and expectations? What time of year will you be travelling? How old are the kids? Etcetera, etcetera...

I am planning to start from Europe, our budget is £1.2 thousand, our family is mostly appealed to hot climates, We have a wide range of interests like activities with arts and crafts for my kids and for me and my husband like culture based things. we are expecting things like kids clubs for the kids, and bars for me and my husband, My daughter is 9 and my son is 5

I would suggest to drop to your local travel agent who would recommend the best properties with kids clubs around your budget.

I think you may have confused people by posting this in "Round the world travel". Sounds like you are looking for a beach package holiday, whereas most people on the forum are focused on independent adventure travel, so we may not be best placed to advise you. As has been suggested, go see a travel agent.

If you want 'things like kids clubs' and 'bars for adults' then you're really looking at a package holiday. If you book flight & accomm separately your budget is quite small for 2 adults + 2 children. I suggest you start by looking at the family package holidays offered by UK-based First Choice, Tui & Thomas Cook:

www.tui.co.uk

www.thomascook.com

https://www.firstchoice.co.uk/ (They have a sale at the moment.)

Once you know which destinations are within your budget (most likely to be Spain, the Canaries, Tunisia & Turkey) you can investigate each to decide which will best suit your family best.

You said your family is appealed to hot climate. Is Europe hot at this time of the year??

Quoting NnamAries

Is Europe hot at this time of the year??

No, but I believe he's talking about arranging it for the summer (School holiday time).

We love Pierre & Vacances in Pont Royal en Provence (southern France). They have a great kids club, pools, activities for all ages including adults, restaurants and a grocery if you want to do some of your own cooking. We always make our own breakfast. It is a great location for sightseeing if you want to get out and about or you can easily spend the week (or two) right at the resort. Here's the parent web site and you can type in Pont Royal in the left-hand search window that says Destinations. Click here for Pierre et Vacances Resorts
