We have a plan to go to Krakow to visit Auschwitz Concentration camps next week. I checked a lot of offer via internet. I found company like krakowdiscovery or auschwitztour they offer day tours there.
Does anyone used this company or any recommendation??
I know that trip to Auschwitz camps is very important so i looking for the best option :):)

I did not use a company for the trip. We simply took a train from Krakow to Oswiecim. Was an easy day trip. I do recall taking a bus from Auschwitz to Birkenau (just from outside the main entrance in Auschwitz)- I believe it was a local city bus (but I can be wrong). We did both locations in one day without any issues.

You don't need to take a guided bus tour unless that is your preference. You can easily travel independently by train to Oswiecim as described above or by bus from Krakow (see below) and take one of the guided tours available on site. Details of and reservations for tours of both camp sites, info about travel options, rules abut site behaviour etc etc are on the official site in English:

The train journey takes from just over 1.5 hours. Times & details in English on the official site:

There is a regular ordinary bus service from Krakow to Auschwitz/Oswiecim. Buses (sometimes minibuses) leave from Krakow's bus station behind Krakow Glowny railway station, which is most easily accessed via the basement level of the Galeria Krakowia shopping 'mall'. The journey takes 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on route and you can buy return tickets at the bus station (staff speak English). The stop is called 'Oświęcim Muzeum'. Use the excellent routeplanner below (in English) to find all bus times and check that a particular departure to Oswiecim stops at Auschwitz (some of them don't).
