British passport holders aren't required to have a visa to enter the Republic of the Marshall Islands. That also applies to other members of the European Union, the USA, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of Palau and the Republic of China, Taiwan.

I don't know if the Brexit situation has effected this but when I visited the UK government foreign advice website it states you do need a visa but it can be obtained on arrival. On the RMI website the UK isn't listed at all. It is hard to say if the RMI website needs updating and the UK is still being listed under EU countries or maybe the UK website is misinformed. I think it might be best to email the RMI consular services just to be sure.

Nothing has yet changed due to Brexit with regard to international travel.

I fear you could be causing concern for a problem which does not exist.

Andy is absolutely right.

Nothing has changed regarding international travel because of Brexit, not least because Brexit has not yet happened and there is still no certainty about when ...or if...it will.

Even when/if Brexit happens travel requirements will not change overnight. They simply cannot do so, for many obvious reasons. As a minimum there will be a period of transition of several months (very likely 1year+), during which countries will put in place any new requirements they want, publicise them and ensure they have the staffing to deal with those requirements.

I am not trying to cause a problem but the information regarding visas on the UK government website conflicts with the RMI website. I just made a flippant assumption Brexit might have something to do with it, could just as easily be a typo but the question still remains whose is the typo and which is the correct information? Hence why I suggested it best to contact RMI consular services to confirm.
