Oinoth, are you climbing Kili for leisure or, as your profile suggests, are you a tour operator based in Moshi looking to guide a group for personal gain? Perhaps you should read the forum rules before touting for business.

I love to climb Mount Kilimanjaro but don't have any experience of mountain climbing till now.

You don't need any experience of mountain climbing per se but you do need experience of trekking six or seven hours and have the determination to press on. The trek to the summit is not technical although the altitude (a tad less than 6 000 metres - or nearly 19 700 feet) is a problem. The longer you're on the mountain for, the greater your chance of success - three nights has a 30% success rate, four nights 40%, five nights 50% etc. we had a six night trek via the Rongai route - but it was definitely hard work.
