Hi everybody,

i'm going with a friend in Morroco next April.
How itinerary shoudl be Rabat-Chefchaouen-Fes (and Meknes if we do have time)

Does anyone know how much could cost hiring a driver for the entire trip and where we could find him?
I have checked online agencies but are pretty expensive, probably around the city in the first day we can find a driver and bargain for a good price?

Thanks!

Where are you staying in Marrakesh? If in a riad the owner might be able to recommend a good reliable driver. Of course they will probably be getting a percentage to do so, but it should still be cheaper than an agency and it's in their interests to recommend someone good, so maybe a better bet than just asking on the streets. On our first visit our riad owner recommended a very good and reasonably priced driver, but I'm afraid I have no contact details and in any case it was over eight years ago so they may no longer be operating.

If you would like, I have a supplier connection to a chauffeur company based out in Europe that might be able to pass along a contact for Morocco.

Would you like to me get in touch with them? If you're okay with that, what exactly would be your budget for the amount of time you're spending in Morocco?

I'm with ToonSarah in suggesting you wait until you get there.
Every Riad knows trustworthy people for a reasonable price.

For the reliable driver, you must ask the riad you'll be staying, as it's going to be there responsibility then.
