Goodfish and road to roam love your passion about your land and nature!

As I said I don't have my heart set on anything in particular, obviously the big parks like Yosemite and Yellowstone are bucket Lister's.
Luckily I'll be working the summer so should miss the biggest of the crowds and kids running about out of school haha

I just want to enjoy everything the land has to offer and that would definitely involve a lot of hiking :)

Deffo think about what season to go where, then, if you're working over summer. In September a lot of things were closing for winter in the Rockies.

Are you thinking of going over into Canada? A lot of places around Banff and Jasper bowled me over - great trails without being overrun with people. (Except Lake Louise - that had the crowds described earlier!)

AndyF unfortunately not going to Canada this time but not to worry that means it is getting it's very own trip!!
