Interlaken and Grindelwald are beautiful but will be packed with tourists. Try to get off the beaten path like Flims which is near a huge park for hiking or Ascona also near incredible hiking or just a place to be lazy, otherwise be prepared to travel with a pack. I am not saying this is a bad thing, but you should know there will be many tourists in these places
You picked all the very popular places, there are many more places that are not as well know that are just as beautiful and a little more peaceful . Switzerland is a beautiful country, have a good time there.

You might enjoy the Swiss Folk Museum at Ballenberg. You can take a bus from Interlaken or use a rental car. It has houses and other buildings from all over Switzerland and different periods of time. If you have older folks with you, there are horse and wagon tours of the outdoor museum. There are animals, fun docents and lots of activities for the kids. Click here for the Ballenberg Folk Museum Web Site

There are also fantastic views from all over the museum. You are walking in the mountains so it's gorgeous.
